Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HyperShop account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and serial number of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
